"I have worked with Steve within residential services for over 10 years as he has been the independent visitor for various local authorities I have worked for. I've always admired his individualised, child centred and creative approach to improving the lived experiences and future opportunities for young people. Steve has provided insightful and in depth audits, revised and embedded positive practice, policy and procedures and been hugely supportive and proactive in providing creative evidence to Ofsted during live inspections! Steve has signposted and connected me with wider services and professionals I had not known of but were prevalent in meeting the needs of young people, which has shaped their care teams. He has provided regular, and when needed, impromptu supervision, which has been hugely supportive and guided my practice as a Registered Manager. I cannot recommend Steve highly enough, his knowledge, skills and experience, guidance and support are exceptional. My young people still ask after him - that says it all!"
